Is this Online coaching?

Yes - and more. The coaching aims to introduce you step by step to various movement fields. Through consistent practice, your growth and transformation are facilitated. The online 1-1 support program emphasizes regular check-ins to ensure continuous guidance and an effective learning experience.

Is the 1-1 online coaching adjusted to my level and desires of focus?

Yes, to ensure a high-quality and effective 1-1 learning experience, a movement assessment is conducted prior to the start of the program. This assessment evaluates your current movement capabilities and identifies any range of motion limitations.

Is the 1-1 movement coaching suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The 1:1 coaching supports learners of all levels that have a strong desire to gain a deeper innerstanding of how to integrate a holistic movement approach into their life. As you master and embody a movement pattern we adjust, review, and move on to the next progression or variation.

Are there video recordings for each exercise?

Yes, each exercise is accompanied by a video recording & description accessible through your workout program on the training app. The videos provide demonstrations, making it easy to follow along and perform the exercises accurately.

How long is a session and how many workouts per week?

The duration and amount of exercises depend on your level, exercise selection, and availability. On average, sessions typically last between 60 and 75 minutes. To ensure progress and consistency, I recommend to commit to at least three sessions per week while having the possibility to commit to 7+ sessions per week.

Do students receive a discount?

Yes, approved students receive a 20% discount on coaching packages.

How is my level assessed prior to starting the program?

Prior to starting the program, you will be required to go through a movement assessment, which provides us with an indication of your overall movement capabilities.

Are the workouts live on Zoom and how regularly do we communicate with each other?

The workouts are not live on Zoom. Each workout is accessible on your personal account in the app. Workouts are customized with recordings and exercise descriptions. This gives you the flexibility to complete the workouts at your own pace or divide them into two parts throughout the day while still receiving daily personalized feedback from me.

What is the duration of the 1-1 online coaching?

The online coaching support is offered on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum duration of 8 or 12 weeks, depending on the package.

When & how regularly is my program updated?

It depends on your work effort and progress. You are requested to submit exercise recordings on a weekly or biweekly basis (explained in detail within the program). You can expect to receive comprehensive feedback within 3 days, including re-adjustments of your program.
